Case Story - The Stubborn Pet Stain
Stains on the carpet can ruin its looks, and if they are not dealt with immediately they can remain on the carpet forever. We received a call regarding a stubborn stain from a nice couple. They tried everything known to them to clean the stain but it hadn’t worked for them so they wanted our help for removing the stain, they didn't tell us what caused the stain though. Since most carpet stains are easily cleanable using regular carpet cleaners, we knew that this stain would be a real piece of work as it hadn’t responded to them at all. Therefore, we took all the supplies that we had at our disposal with us to make sure that we would be able to get rid of it.
We reached the address given by the couple in a very short of period of time, to their surprise. Our team immediately started analyzing the stain and found out that it was caused by none other than their cat, accompanied by a rather smelly odor. Pet stains are usually very hard to remove. However, our team was confident that they would be able to get rid of the stain quickly as they had a great deal of experience in carpet stain removal.
Having identified the type of the stain, we got to work and started discussing the best means of removing the pet stain and odor. The plan was to make use of delicate cleaning materials first as the client was worried about the carpet’s safety. However, since the stain proved to be quite tough, the team proceeded with more powerful cleaning agents (which were, of course, pet friendly).
Our experts were able to clean the stain using professional stain removal materials, in a gradual process
The carpet was restored to its original form and the stain was completely removed, along with the rather unpleasant smell that came with it. The couple was very happy to see that the stain was gone and the carpet was looking as if it had never been stained. If you own a pet, make sure to pay extra care to odd stains. The longer it's left unattended, the harder it would be to remove it.
